About incident reporting
A computer security incident report can be made using the following methods:
- Email. This is the preferred method of reporting a computer security incident. To report an incident download the incident report template, fill out the relevant information and send it to reports(at)certrs.org. For added security, CERT RS encourages the use of PGP/GPG.
- Telephone. To report an incident via telephone, contact CERT RS at +387 51 339 743.
- Web form. Incidents can also be submitted using the form below.
All incident reports will be labeled as TLP:AMBER, more information about labeling can be found on the Traffic light protocol page.
